I booked one ticket for my cousin sister. I tried to inform them that beside ticket should be given to female only. The customer care will not give any assurance that side ticket will be given only for female and they will not give any response properly. If they won’t give good support when we are sending our family(sister or mother) members alone. Of course they wont hold responsibility, at least they wont help/respond properly at the time of booking. PLEASE BEWARE.
