I had booked bus ticket from red bus for some reasons I had cancelled that within time limit they provide.
After that they supposed to refund my money buy they don’t, I call them for refund they asked me details about my ticket I provide that but they said we will verify it
Again after 8 days I called them again they asked me my details again I provide and wait for refund
Friend again the same process carried out for 2 times with the gap of 10-15 days
Then I lost hope and decide to not called them again
After 4 months they mailed me that we are refunding your amount and they finally did it
If they take 4-5 months for refund then you are smart enough to decide what to do .
