This is the bitter experience I have ever had. Schedule time was 7.00am in the morning but the bus left majesty, Bangalore at 9 AM.The Bus condition was not good. AC was not working.the bus stopped at various places where ever the driver wished to get passengers though it is non-stop service.once the bus engine temp has gone high and the driver stopped the bus for a while and filled water in radiator. while I was traveling I rang to their HO and intimated about the problems.
Those people were so negligent , they didnot care about the passengers. in my opinion the bus has to be condemned. it does not have the quality of volvo class. this is my first and final experience with Shama Sardar.
Customer service should be up to the mark in case of travel agencies. here that things are lacking. all the passengers were irritated. People opt bus for comfortable travel rather for hilarious or disastrous one.
More over I complained again at their destination point, Koyambedu counter, they were also reckless as if nothing has happened and straight away asking to report to their owner not to them.
I want to sue against Shama Sardar , thats for sure. Shama sardar should compensate half of the travel cost to the passengers. as the bus service was not less than a local bus.
Hence I would like to request you to take some serious actions against the same , so that no bus owner will have dare to play with the passengers like this.
