I Had a very bad experience after booking return journey tickets from Mumbai to Shirdi by phone. I still remember the price I paid for the company’s fault. I told the executive to book tickets from Sion to Shirdi and Shirdi to sion and he booked from sion to Shirdi but for return journey the executive booked tickets from Shirdi to Kalyan and because of that I had to travel with my family of all ladies from Kalyan to Sion at night 11 o’clock. Even after the issue I tried to complain company but the customer executive assistant completely ignored it
