Yes its RedBugs.in not Redbus.in - I have been struggling to get the refund from Redbus.
I booked the ticket for 9th Early morning but I received the my ticket for 8th Early morning. I have reported the same to the Redbus.in care. But I have been asked to book a fresh ticket. From the time I have booked originally to the time I have been asked to book a fresh ticket, the cost of Volvo Bus ticket has been increased and it is equivalent to the Flight ticket. I requested to refund the money. I have been dodged by the Redbus officials and so many conflicting responses from Redbus. Every conversation with every customer care starts with verification, Ticket detailing, call history, account details, refund status, will get back to you shortly, concerned department will give you the reply. I have spent the telephone expense more that the ticket expense. Finally someone has to tie the bell to the cat. Let us see!.
