I had booked tickets for Mahabaleswar with redbus. But they dropped me at wai phata. Its far away from Mahabaleswar, around 40 to 50 km, I really suffered a lot of because they dropped me in the middle of the highway with lots of luggage, I just go for enjoy my honey moon and I suffer lots at the 1st day, I had to carry my luggage and walk around 3-4 km for pick the taxi and had spend INR 1200 more to reach my destination. This is really an unexpected service,
I spoke to red bus call canter and they people just told me to send mail with you compliant to support team, after my vacation I stared communication with support team regarding my issue but they even dont reply me when I send 4 to 5 mail then after they people give me reply and very ridicules thing is that support team just send me reply with copy and past content even I had give them to notice to I will go with consumer court but these people don’t have any regret regarding the same. Even after that, they are not listening to me. Really, red bus is just bullhit and nothing more. Don’t use red bus for your booking.
I suggest you to go with your local provider.
