Hii Guys today I want to share my own experience with red bus.
I have buyed the ticket for delhi to jaipur for my father and me as we have to gi there and meet our cousins.
I got to know that my ticket was booked at wrong time so I decided to pet me change the time.
I called the customer care executive they said me okay we are changing the time from 12: 00 pm to 5: 00 Pm.
Then I said ok change it and then they said me its been successfully changed and then I said ok.
When we reached the stop at 5 pm I got to know that the time was not changed as customer care told and no message has came to me regarding the change.
I don, t know why this kind of wrong promises they make as they have, nt the thing I told them.
