I have called for partial cancellation of ticket. the operator seems not allowing it.
The reply from Redbus was that the operator does not allow partial cancellation, no where it is mentioned in the Redbus website about the same, on this the executive said Redbus doesnt mentioned negative points about operator.
RED Bus seems to favor more towards Operator than the customer.
Pathetic people working in Mumbai Customer care.
Its time for better service provider to chip in immediately
