One important suggestion is don’t use Redbus service as they are real cheat. We booked 2 tickets for Rs.2200 from Chennai to Madurai which was scheduled for 11pm.
We reached the bus depot on time, reported them, they kept us waiting for 1.5 hr and then finally just threw us in a bus which was fullllllllll.-SARAVANA TRavels

Redbus+ Saravana travels people are really shameless people.
