Harass the customer is the motive of customer support centre in Bangalore. The associates are least bothered about the customer and whets his concern.
The still behave as if they are doing a service to customers and we are still in a buyer’s market and they can take customer for a ride. Even when you request them to talk politely, they don’t honour and get even more rude in the tone. The associates are not ready to believe in the customer’s word and keep pushing their point .
This kind of approach is not good and I had been a regular till date with them, but don’t think will buy from them anymore. They are totally unprofessional.
