I have booked a bus from Delhi to Kanpur. Review was good on the app for that bus. After checking pic up point and timing I booked the ticket. Got a good amount of discount as well. But main problem arised when the day of travel came. I got a message that Pick-up location is changed from Kashmiri Gate to Kaushambi ( Believe me it’s very far away to each other) . Add on to that pickup timing was further extended. I was so disappointed. I immediately on the numbers that were provided, they said if you want you can cancel it. It was very frustrating. I cancelled the tickets, refund credited next day but with deduction of some services charges.
