My worst experience

Some four months back I booked redbus. At first I was very excited as it was my first experience with redbus. But this turned into a worst experience.


When I booked the bus online it was a very well ac bus. But bus was about 20 to 30 minutes late and it was not that bus which I saw online. It was some old bus. I asked I booked the other bus but I got this, why? Driver told me he does not know anything. You’ll have to consult in the office. It was not a good bus. My expectation and reality were opposite to each other.


I contact in their office and asked them about this thing. At first the person with whom I was talking with ignored my problem. He was like your name sir, where are you going, how much time did the bus arrived and when I became a little bit rash on him he disconnect the phone. Then I call again after 10 minutes and the same person was there and he give the phone to another phone and he told me that the bus had some technical problem and due to this they sent the another bus. I was like ok the bus had technical issue but what about my money which I spent on that bus and what I got is this. Then he was like sir we care for you but sir we can’t help and so and so. I thought to disconnect the phone. Who wants to ruin their trip due to this issue.


This was my opinion about redbus. But some have a great journey with redbus. So don’t just follow my review. Please look yourself it’ll give you more knowledge about redbus.
