I am booking tickets from this site regulatory. When red bus is in new in this sector they are very good. They take care each and everything. But as their business grows they don’t care their clients. Some months ago I am book ticket from this site from Pune to Nagpur. At the stop bus came and do not stop no call from bus driver and no call from red bus. After bus going 10 Km away they call me that they stop 10 KM from my location. Also they call me in other bus to reach that point. After that I am calling on red bus they told me that this is not their responsibility they are only book tickets. Now I am not booking tickets from this site.
