Being a regular traveler , I feel disgusted of being cheated by redbus and Kerala lines. I booked 2 tickets yesterday for travel from TVM to CBE, paying a cut throat fare of 5400/-. My physical conditions doesn’t allow me to travel today, and I tried to cancel it by 9 am. Online cancellation failed, then I contacted directly to both. Got the answer that their cancellation policy doesn’t allow a refund of a single penny. I felt really disgusting , as I have been cheated by the ticketer and operator. Still 12 hours is left for bus to start journey. They would have paid me 50% of the fare. Is this a policy or rule framed by government? For whose sake it’s implemented? So don’t get fooled or cheated by this type of dirty people who come forward with polished offers. We customers are made mere fools. I will definitely move a suit , for justice.
