I had amount 700 RS in the Redbus wallet.
Now the wallet option itself not showing in the App.
Called up customer care and was told that due to some suspicious activity, the wallet amount can not be refunded.Even customer care not responding properly.
Always call queue is minimum 20.So we can imagine how their service is?
Don’t trust the referral and all by booking through Redbus.
