I was booked in red bus site 2 time last time I am not canceling the ticket I last money 500 Rs/ again this satureday I was booked with orange travels.i was booked ticket from bangulure to guntur last saturday in that time what I gave the no. to you that phone was dead. I was call at 9 30 pm to ur customer care center the actual time of boating time is 9 30 I want request to wait 2 minutes the customer care center person was responsible e said the bus is gone I requested him I will came next stop mine and his conversation is going on 10 minutes e never said what is next stop I was asked seriously then only he answer tin factory I reached that point I again call the customer care center he gave the driver number I was make call him he said I am not waiting for even one minute for any one what is this customers some time having works they not wait for even 5 minutes also for the customer I suffer a lot for your travel agency . In phone he said next stop is kr puram I was running catch the vehical and reach the kr puram with in 5 minutes I again call the driver he said irresponsiably I m gone from the point he was waiting 5 minutes I was catch the bus but he cannot its the too much negligent on customer . Because of the customer care center people and driver negligency in canceled my journey I lost money 600 rs/ and also for chasing the bus I lost 200 rs/ of many for journey and 2 hours of time also lost . I reached the hostel again at 12 30 am . I complain in customer care the said that they wont refund the money . first time the company rules I am compromise myself I am trying tho canceling the ticket but its not possible . this time I am willing to journey but I last journey and money also though out the last 1500 rs/.
