As mentioned by many here, my experience with Rediff on line shopping has proved that the organization is a platform to cheat the customers.
May be more than a month back I ordered for 3D Floor Mat for my Nano.(Vendor: India Mall, H-21, M.C.D Colony, Opp-Dhakka Village, Delhi - 110009, ).
The vendor sent a set of mats that were not specific for Nano at all. It did not fit properly.
I complained immediately to the Customer Care Rediff. I got some response after 7-8 days(!) asking me to send the set back. I requested them to collect through their own courier arrangement, and the response came after another week.
The courier collected it after another 7 days.
That is all, It is almost more than a month - nothing happened - no mat, no money. I have lost more than Rs. 1600. The vendor was also not available on phone, and the Rediff did not respond - a clear case of negligence and Fraud.
You do not have any provision to post your reviews also about the product - another point pointing at the fact that the organization is intending to cheat using tricky ways. May be they themselves to genuine in 10 transactions and cheat may be 100(a clever strategy). You do not know - there is always a communication gap between the buyers - cleverly devised.
