It is one of the oldest shopping site and I remember using the same for my email related work. I still have my email ID with Rediff and it is over 15 years.
Rediff comprises of Current affairs, mail and shopping section. The display of the current affairs is very compact and the layout is very eye catching. Latest news are updated real time and informative to the point.
Rediff shopping is not as impressive compared to the other sections. The layout could have been better . Navigating through the site is good but compared to others it trails behind. Eye catching deals are not provided on regular basis and it also scores low on cost of branded product when compared to other similar sites.
Overall the shopping site need to be more responsive and eye catching. Multiple display of products in high resolution is the need of the hour.
I had ordered a few product’s(courier charges I though a tad high) which was promptly dispatched to my address and I received the same without any difficulty thus I did not have any opportunity to call up customer care to evaluate the degree of helpfulness.
