Though I did not use them, when I was looking for a webhost to host my website, I sure had thought of them.
But when I ckecked their rates, its was shocking. They are charging almost 3 times greater than what any other’decent’ webhost would charge. Moreover, the facilitites are also not much.
Over all, not at all a good desicion to use rediff webhosting
If you are looking for webshoting for a small website, I suggest you go to aq tech forum like https://thinkdigit.com/fourm and check out the bazaar sections where you will find the most competitive offers for a fraction of rediff’s cost.
I personally use the webhost https://igchosting.in
I have never had any problems with them.
Rediff offers only 20 MB webspace for around Rs.2500 pa.
Also its features like databse are provided at extra charges.
The site is also not giving enough information about their webhosting plans.
