I had given my Toshiba Satellite l30 304 paid service with Redington Limited.
My problem with laptop was display goes different colour while using the charger.
I agreed to pay and give my laptop with work order number PO / 13 / 0 0 9 7 dated on 12 /08 /2013. On 31 /08 /2013 the returned my laptop buy getting the boss said amount for service. At the time when I gay for service at self I had asked to return the old spare to return to me as it was charged 6799 rupees but they failed to do that.
With next few days the same colour problem happened to my laptop so I had returned back to them for Same service. they had my laptop for two weeks and then return to me stating that "problem was resolved".
During this time when they returned my laptop I had noticed that DVD drive was not working. I asked about this issue .they did not respond me anything. I again ask for the old spare to return now also they told will get the spare from Chennai and return soon but no reply
Again on 29 / 10 / 13 I had the same problem they took my laptop and told me that there was some problem in service so they told will rectify all the problems and give it back with work order number PO / 13 / 01602 dated 29 / 10 / 13 multiple problems reported DVD not working fan sometime not run over heat display goes different colour RGB colour coming there again send me laptop to Chennai for problem solving on 22 11 13 Ill get on Grand in 9 / 10 / 13 I had the same problem day took my laptop and doing me that they voice some problem in service so there to reveal rectify all the problems and give it back with work order number for slash 13 / 0 1602 Dated on 9 / 10 / 13 multiple problems reporter DVD or do Bergen send sometimes order and everytime display goes different colored RG be colored coming they again send me laptop to tonight for problem solving on 2211 13th theater done my laptop at the same time see him issue was more test Eye there or officer said a tired to connect my laptop food this.
