They are thieves and operate in most unlawful way. They need to be sued collectively by all its customers. They do not give back caution money on time and make you vacate the premises despite that fact that you have paid all the services consumed and settled you account before last day.
It is very sly and shameless reasons they come up - that their outsourced processes in Philipines take long time and local teams are helpless.
They should obligatorily refund the deposit on vacation. Which is not the case and they just take 3 months...and we don’t know if more? to refund millions of money that they sit on.
