Do not explore regus for office property

Good sales skills that turns out to be a con job for customers like all of us

Hidden charges to an extreme:

  1. Take 3 months retainer while contract says two months

  2. Same room

same office but when tyoe of agreement changes, one pays exit fee for previous agreement (more than Rs. 9000) and a office set up fee for the new agreement (more than Rs.10, 000) and a renovation fee of Rs 5000)

  1. The Office Restoration Fee of approx Rs 10, 000 that covers costs arising out of bringing the office back to its orginal state so that it can be sold to another client. The furniture in the offices are repolished and the offices are resett to its original configuration. There is manpower involved in carrying such an activity. All your IT connections have to disconnected and dismantled from the office as well as from the server room. Your internet connections & telecom lines have to be terminated in the back end. The telecom equipment issued for your use has to be reset & stored away so that going forward it may be issued to another client.

All these tasks have to be assigned to a staff member and will require time and coordination to avoid any duplicaion on the arrival of a new client. Therefore there are costs attached in carrying out these activities which are invoiced as mentioned.

  1. The Business Continuity Fee (Rs. 20, 000) is built into your contract but costs are hidden. During this 3 month period, Regus will continue to extend to you telehone services such as tranferring any calls coming for Croissance to the contact numbers that we have on file for your staff. We will accept mails, couriers and messages coming in for Croissance and you staff will notified of the same. Charges for transferring calls and forwarding couriers on behalf of Croissance will be invoiced accordingly.

  2. Poor service quality

  3. No one listens to the compliants including India Managing Director Mr Madhusudan Thakur

(madhusudan.thakur@regus.com)

  1. They never commit to a date of refund of the retainer fee and threaten a leagl action of you try to link payments to the retainer fee. I think we should all get together to file a legal case against Regus

  2. Extremely inflexible to customer needs. They just ensure that all of their customers pay the maximum and may not return back to them

  3. Unwilling to renegotiate contracts in case a customer has a business issue
