We have moved to new apartment in Bangalore. The builder installed Rehau windows in apartment. There is a 4 panel door installed in living room connecting to balcony and 2 panel door in Master Bed Room. The doors never move smoothly, the panels will move independently so there is no way to lock properly. More over the frame gets dis positioned frequently.
We have called maintenance team at least 10 times in last 6 months. The come up with wooden hammer and do some work and leave. The problem never gets resolved. I try to reach out supervisor but he is invisible person with names live Sanjay/Sanjeev. You can only talk to him over the phone when worker is in apartment. The problem never gets resolved.
The appearance of doors seems to ok but they have very poor quality staff who don’t know basics. I have sent a mail to Rehau and posted in facebook but no use.
Be careful if you are buying Rehau products.
