I booked a tour from New Delhi( Kashmiri Gate) to Rishikesh using this travel service. My booking was confirmed and I got my booking number.
On the day of departure when I reached the place the 9pm. And asked the conductor to for the seat and he asked my name and checked in the list. To my utter surprise he said that the booking as per my name hasn’t been done. I showed him my booking confirmation but he said that he will go as per list. He didn’t make any effort to contact his seniors regarding the same. He said that I must have been having the booking of some other day and not today. I was a solo traveller.
I tried calling on their helpline number but it said that its not reachable. So it was final that my bus would miss and it did get missed.
The next day I called them and they apologised and said that they had a technical error in their website and they have processed the refund. It would reach to me by 7 working days. And I need to book a fresh ticket.
It was very bad experience because my entire plan had to be rescheduled and there was a great problem caused to me.
