I had been using the reliance netconnect for sometime, , but switched on to broadband, so gave written letter to reliance to terminate it, but it’s 2 months past and still they haven’t disconnected it and making me pay for it, They even regularly give me call at month ends to ensure that their bill is paid although I have asked for termination.
