I have purchased Reliance insurance

In previous claim my right side door was covered as that was damaged. now in second accident Reliance is not covering stating its previews damaged, its totally wrong update as they want client to pay for premium but not claim
I want my accident car to be covered as that why customer get insurance.
There supervisors promises but dint call
Fraud company will not wish to re insure form reliance. claim no 3119085797
