I had use reliance big tv from last four years. Big tv network is very bad , before one yaer set top box is get under maintenance after that I have called reliance big tv customer care for repair this set top box after calling him he sent his technician after 15 day that time he changed set top box due to warranty period is remain for one month.
After changing set top box only one and half mont going on ok conditions and again set top box goes under maintenance. And again changed set top box .
This set top box taken initial downloading time upto 5 or 6 min. And if weather is normally cloudy then signal not capture mean signal quality is very bad. This is not a recommend. Dont trust on reliance name. Don’t buy this big tv
