Thought to share and make you alerts, Think Once again Before Buying BIG TV or any other products of ADA Group. The Worst and the ridicules Policies of the company. Have a look below in my case and revert for the same please do revert.
Their was online Firmware up gradation going on Setup Box. It happens when ever they makes any changes in the program’s setting of the Set Top Box. Its ok, if they want to do that. As Its free. but what IF after firmware Up gradation you lost the services. No services on Set Top Box. Definitely 1st you will call the customer care toll free no. They will guide you how to restore old firmware, but what you did not succeed. You have to log a complaint and will get the assurance that It would be solved with in 48 Hrs. But only condition Rs.175/- + Taxes will be deducted from your account balance, Its Ok still, but what if after waiting for 48 Hrs, no one comes. You will call the customer care again and will ask what happen for the Case ID, it was suppose to get complete with in 48 hours.
They will reply simply Our Man has visited, but your house was closed so he came back. You need to lodge a complaint again for the same and need to pay again Rs.175/- + Taxes. Its true that no one have came just to get earn they will tell that Our team has mention the reason and we have to belive it. Again its Ok for some extend, you booked a second complaint. This time Man from Big TV will give you a call at around 10:30 AM and will tell He is comming to house in 2 hours. Ok you cancel all the pre planned schedule and wait for the man that is going to come.After waiting till 8:00pm you will call the man who has told you that He is comming. He will tell My health is not well, so will come tomorrow. Again you waited whole day.. got no one. Now the man is not picking up the cell. You again called Customer care, They will reply again the same, man has visited but door was closed, And once again Rs175/- + Taxes was charged. You got angry. They will polietly tell, here our man has reported the same. You need to log another ticked and for that again you have to pay. It True. If you want you can verify the same. My Big TV is still not working.
