Hello ladies and gentlemen today Im going to tell my one of the worst experience ever I had.
One day, when we switched on our tv, no channels were coming and we got shocked by seeing that. My mom called the customer care service of Reliance Big TV and after around 20 mins of waiting they cut the call. Again we tried and it repeated for arout 9-10 times and we sent the mail to the customer service but we didnt get any reply for that.
How can they do like this of being one of the reputed company in the society.we never thought of that.but after seeing this we changed the set top box and even our relations are experiencing the same problem.
So guys please think before joining as the reliance Big TV customer.
