I have using reliance big tv from last 5 years.at starting their plans are very good and cheap related to other cable operator and at starting all the running smoothly.bt after 1 year my set up box have some fault.
When I take it to their showroom they said it is damaged and you have to replace and they charge 800rs for new set up box and always there is some problems in their equipment.and I strongly don’t recommend this company to any one because now their plans and service are not so good related to other cable operator. Other cable operator provides better plans and sevice than big tv.their plans are cheaper than it.and the customer service of reliance big t.v is not so good.first the call cannot be connect easily if connect then they cannot provide satisfied answer .
Once there is some signal problem and I call to customer care then they said they provide their service in 48 hours bt they didn’t. Then again I call them then they said that this time our employee surely contact you in 48 hours.bt they take 3 days.and then come and solve my problem so their customer service is also bad.
