Reliance internet connectivity is not working from the 15th of Feb in my home user id: 358671721233 registered in the name of Naveen Balaji. I have raise multiple complaints to their customer care and have reached out to their appellate authority and have also emailed them with no proper response for resolution. There is at least abut 20 tickets under my login on the connection issues and a daily call to the appellate authority in vein and there is no higher authority to help me out. Wide range of reasons such as fiber cut, House owner where the switch is placed is no giving permission, will resolve it in 24 hours on a daily basis.
There are cancellation requests 4 billing reversal requests and more than 20 complaints in the least 30 days. every time I email them there is a new date given for resolving my problem which will be at least more than a week. the customer service and the appellate authority doesnt even bother for your complaints. cancellation request doesnt get processed. emails are not considered for refunds and if I dont call the customer care daily I will not get refund for the non working connection and emails are mostly not responded other than the automatic response. I would hate to contact the support again and I am sure even this will go unnoticed with the greatness on how reliance support works.
