Slow Reliance Broadband Connection

This is in regards to the service quality we have been receiving for our Wireline Broad band connection with following details


Subscriber User ID: 348637382522


Connection on Name: Jatin Sapra


Problem Description: The Speed promised is 2 MBPS( Thunder 699 Plan) but speed we are receiving is not even up to 1 MBPS, We have contacted customer care for 10+ times till now on various platforms including Phone, Email, Facebook, Twitter, but the response has been very very disappointing and not acceptable as per the Standards Reliance has promised to us.


We sent multiple emails to reliance, but the response has been so bad as even the reply has not been given after 8 days of lodging compliant and when we called the customer Care.


They are not even taking Complaint and only making false promise. It has been really disappointing to pay Bill with out getting speed.


This is with reference to your e-mail dated October 22, 2013 for your Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID 348637382522, regarding slow speed issue.


The complaint for inability to use the Internet service is registered vide Service Request ID 210872137 and it will be resolved within 24 hours, post which a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you from our end. -* No response received after that.
