When applying for connection they will promise the connection with in five working days but once they receive the money they will not bother about you. After a repeated calls and follow up they gave me connection after one and half month. The connection is not stable for not even one day and daily I used to make a complaint. I had to terminate the connection and for that they again charge you with huge amount and blackmail you if you don’t pay. I was charged an amount of Rs 4000 with out any reason.
The worst service provider and cheaters. Shame on Reliance services. People if you value your money and time don’t go for any reliance products or services.
