I am using Reliance broadband service for last 6 months. Since beginning I am facing some or the other issues with respect to connectivity..
Since last 2 months the broadband speed has dropped to an extend to be not usable, if at all it is available. Reliance folks keep giving dates saying some technical up-gradation is happening every time I try to complain about it but do not improve or provide solution.
They have not kept dates till now neither have they solved the problem. They are not providing the service that was committed in the plan. Last two months, it is as good as I do not have internet connection at home, though it is not down all the time for consecutive three days for Reliance to waive of the bill amount.
Highly unprofessional and irresponsible service by Reliance. Highly dis-recommend.
