I have experienced it first hand so here is my honest and unbiased review on Reliance Broadband. I switched from BSNL to Reliance BB due to their ’Too good to believe’ offer of unlimited 4 MBPS for around Rs.1200. But once you are in...the ordeal begins. Speed is never anyway near to 4 MBPS and every-time you call their customer-care..standard answer is fibre optic work going on in your area till some date (10 days more than when you have called).
Also, if there is an issue which requires a ground person/technician to look into your issue...you are into major trouble. They simply do not have enough maintenance personnel on the ground (I stay in NIBM Pune)..2 to 3 minimum days you willl be out o f service.
The only thing good thing is that your call to customer service is always attended but with NO RESOLUTION to anything - poor speed or connection loss.
