How can such a useless service even exist!
I have been suffering ever since I took the connection and today it crossed all limits.
Every month the connection is out of order at least for 3 to 10 days on an average and the tickets get auto-closed without the issue even being resolved.
The customer care is absolutely horrible, full of nonsense retards who keep reciting the same sentence. Do they think that we are calling them for some entertainment?
I seriously doubt if the company has employed professional cheaters like itself who just know bloody nothing but cheat on common people and swallow their hard earned money!
