We are using 5 land line of reliance for customer care on our site. We are facing lot of problems as all lines going dead again and again and when we book complaint their customer care not taking any action. Even when we say we will close this account if you will not provide proper service then their staff saying yes we are waiting for that only. You are most welcome to close this connection. I am surprise are they going to give same third class in Relaince Jio also. Our land line numbers are 079-30476793 to 97.
I hope some senior reliance manager notice this and take necessary action on urgent basis or in next one week we will get BSNL new connection and close this.
