I applied for reliance connection, they took 2500 from me, didnt give me connection of broadband and its now 3 months, I haven’t got my money back, I have called almost all officers and customer cares of reliance, they either don’t respond or say, sorry and say I will soon get my money back but still I haven’t got any response from them since last three months.
Wasted my lot of time and money calling them to seek my money back. I pledge to never take anything from reliance ever.
Worst experience. I prey, Reliance to go bankrupt soon.
