First of all, I waited 5 months for a connection. Then when I got it I was getting amazing speeds , about 512 kbps and now they have transferred the entire network to a MAN (Metropolitan Area Network) and restricted every user to 64kbps. 64kbps is no broadband standard...it’s a 24 hour modem connection !! All those ppl who are getting good speeds (in bandra etc) will also soon be shifted on the MAN. Lets see you sing praises of this bd company then.The official who make decisions are never at their seats. There helpdesk ppl dont know jack about anything. The network keeps going down for 2 sometime 4 days at a stretch
