Never ever take the broadband service of reliance. Price wise it may be cheap but there service is worst, pathetic and unreliable. Moreover there customer care is useless and always give a bookish reply "we have escalated your complain".
They are not serious about resolving customer complains but will regularly keep you reminding to make the on time payment of the bill through calls and sms.
My broadband connection regularly disconnects between 16th and 20th of every month. This has become very regular from last 6 months. Not only that there connection always remain down for every alternative day for 4 to 7 hours. Raising regular complains is also not helping.
Reliance is fraudulent service provider and only interested in your money. They really do not care whether customer is getting the service properly and in working state. I recommend even if it is the last available option do not take it. It will only bring frustration.
