This review is from Lucknow. I’ve had Reliance broadband from quite some time now and I’m completely fed up with it.
The only reason I haven’t switched to another service provider is the lack of options in my locality.
Every month the connection stops working for a minimum of 10 days for some reason and or the other and the customer support is of no help at all, all they do is ask you to wait for 24 hours for the problem to be resolved but I guess their definition of 24 hours is different from ours, because those "24 hours" are stretched into a week(sometimes even more than 2 weeks). Extremely disappointed with the service.
