Hi since the past 1.5 years I have been a reliance postpaid mobile service and reliance datacard service avail er.The initial sales pitch until you sign on their contract is pretty good, they are very helpful on that front. You have to constantly follow up for activation, and thats just the beginning of the pain.
The idiots they hire at their outlets are illiterate as far as I am concerned, they entered my name and address incorrectly, as a result of which I never saw any of my monthly statements. I proactively each month went and paid the bill at their center. Usual trend is that their server is down and it doesnt get updated immediately.
You ask for a cheaper plan, they say " we dont have a cheaper plan", that is the rudest and most customer unfriendly service I have come across in my entire life. In fact I would not at call it a service, its a disservice. If you call their customer care no. they say how come you havent called them earlier to complain of such things? such audacity! I am most probably going to approach the consumer forum on this.
I have lately moved on to tataindicom, they are much better, their response to customer calls is instant, even though the connectivity has scope for improvement.I am personally going to take it upon me to tell every one I know to get rid of their reliance connection and tell everyone else on how bad their service is. However big the company may be, without customers they are no body!
