Worst service providers in the world

I’ve been using the internet for about 10 years now, I’m not new to it, and not new to the problems that come along with its use. Reliance has proved to me that there are unforeseen new depths that companies and customer care can sink to. I was charged 11 thousand for crossing my ’usage’, when I am more than a 100% sure that I was well within my download limit.


And this was after asking them for about 3 months now to switch my plan over to an unlimited usage one. I spent over 7 hours on the phone with their customer care, nodal officers, engineers and what not, and sent 4 emails to no avail. NO ONE can tell me how much my usage is, nor can anyone tell me what my plan or my download limit is. They ’don’t know’ why I’m being charged what I’m being charged, and can’t give me my bill. They can’t file a complaint till the bill is generated, and the bill was supposed to generate 4 days ago. Also, my account is suspended.


So, I can’t use the internet, I can’t file a complaint, I can’t see my bill to see WHY I’m being charged so much money, and no one at Reliance can do anything to help me. To top it all off, one of the nodal officers threatened me, and abused me and rudely told me off, because I called him back after he hung up on me, and because I asked him why he hung up. Anil Ambani, or anyone who knows him, if you ever read this, get off your rump, grow a goddamn brain and do something about this pus-filled tumor of a company.
