I have been using Reliance Broadband since one month and it was a good-bad experience for me. Of course, I am very impressed by the speed with which I go the connection which was within 2 days of my making the request. And again I was superbly impressed when I started using it. The browsing speed was fantastic and download speed was over the top. I had subscribed to a plan of 2000 kbps speed with 4 GB free usage. I tell you that fascinated by the speed, I downloaded so much GigaBytes that I exceeded my free usage well over by 3-4 GB. My internet bill rocketed through the roof reaching for sky and beyond. But I dont work in NASA to be launching these rockets every month. So I have changed my plan to 300 kbps speed with unlimited usage.
Having said that, the real shock I got two days back when suddenly my account was suspended. After one hour of being redirected here and there by customer service, I came to know that there is some credit limit defined. This thing was absolutely new to me. My patience was gone for a toss and for fifteen minutes I gave a lecture to the poor customer service guy about customer harassment. And of course it was true.
Moral of story is that in terms of customer service, Reliance really sucks. But the connectivity and performance is top notch. You have to weigh both of these things before choosing the connection.
