Inspite of already having a Indicom broadband, we subscribed
for Reliance(December 07) as they gave a plan where we get a Landline with the
Broadband connection. The main reason for us to go for this was that we get two
free numbers(of Reliance) to which we can call free.
But even after two months they didnt got us the landline. We called their
customer support "n" number of times but with no results. Frustrated
we didnt paid our 2 months bill. As a result we got calls from their customer
support to pay off the bill. For which we said that we wont pay unless they
set up the landline. In the meantime they had alltready cut off the connection.
After 3 1/2 months since we installed we got another call that "The work
order for your landline is ready" for which we said that "its too
late, we already installed BSNL."
Now after 5 months they sent a letter stating that if you dont pay up your
bill amount well take legal steps, which is awkward as it should be us who
should be taking the legal steps.
I would also like to add that during the 2 months that we surfed on reliance
the connectivity was very pathetic, we would lose connectivity anytime. I
noticed that many people already posted this issue.
I had already heard about Reliance as a "Non reliable" but ultimately
experienced that.
So people please dont go for Reliance Broadband.or any other Reliance
products.
