Beware these people are scamming! Well if your a Reliance broad net customer you might be facing some issue regarding slow speed and as an usual customer you will call the customer service and describe them the problem your facing (they will keep phone on hold for a long time as the customer service itself is facing the same problem).
Then they will say sorry about that and sh&t and tell you there is some OUTAGE IN NETWORK or some SERVER UPDATES are going on and give you some deadline which would be around 5 to 15 days maximum (THIS IS THE TRICK so that customers wont quit the services or ask for some waiver), cause the main problem is server updates take long time and this is going on since February end.
Now its almost mid may the deadline was 15 may now extended to 22 May (I have been given deadline since end Feb it must have been EXTENDED at least 10 TIMES not kidding ) so I had a friend who gave me this information which he got it from the RELIANCE REGIONAL OFFICE that there is some major issue and it might get resolved by July if you people want to pay for this cr*p I suggest you can continue with this cheap services.
