I would like to highlight something about the Reliance broadband connection here in ma review.
Last year when I was in Bhopal, i had taken a Reliance broadband prepaid connection along with a phone line for RS 1000INR. The connection was on the name of my cousin.I was using the service, recharging it every month with a particular amount and everything was going smoothly apart from frequent server failures from their side.
One fine day, i was being told that Reliance have stopped its prepaid broadband connections and its recharge cards are no more available. Fine I asked them to convert my prepaid connection into the post paid. i waited for few days. Then I called them up n was being told that it will take around 15 days. I told them I cant wait so much so kindly disconnect the connection.
Fine they came to ma house n disconnected the connection n taken the handset n modem along with them.
After that I applied for their postpaid connection and was using it. After few months I received a bill for my previous connection n it was about approx 800 RS. After enquiring they told me that my previous connection has been converted into post paid n the bill is issued for that.
I told them that I’m not using that connection any more so there is no question of paying the bill for the service which I haven’t used.But still their executives kept on coming to ma house on several occasions. Its really pathetic to see the plight of companies in INDIA , these big name companies are being operated or rather driven by bunch of jokers...
Please be careful while dealing with this company..
