The service of Reliance Broadband is very bad in West Bengal. I am using Reliance Broadband from last four months and facing new problems day by day. The plans provided by the reliance in West Bengal is very good and cheap compared to BSNL or Wishnet. Although they are providing us low cost internet, the term and service of reliance Broadband is very bad.
I have to face connectivity problem at least two times per week. There are server down issue and their maintenance problems which is the reason of my anger. Since the customer service is worthless for giving satisfactory reason of disconnection. Continuous disconnection is the main feature of Reliance Broadband.
It gives flawless services at night or early morning but there are just only 70-80 kbps downloading speed in day time. Connection reliability is not satisfactory.
