Just to let you all know my story about the broadband services connection provided by Reliance at my home in Pune, which was disconnected by reliance in the month of September, 2010 without any reason, notice and information. This happened only a month after giving me the connection by following with them for the same period post application.
OK after the connection gone, even after the repeated complaints for the same there was no action taken from the reliance, instead I am being asked to pay the bill for the services which I have not used. They are not bothered to find out the reason why the connection is not working and their telecallers also do not have a slightest idea about this stopped connection and the reason of the same. I have repeatedly mentioned the issue on the phone and asked them to find out the problem as to why the connection is stopped without any notice, but to no avail; instead I am still receiving the irritating recovery calls at any hour of the day even after the seven months of no services provided by this fraud company.
To top it all every time a new person calls and I need to repeat the whole story to each and every one because there is no data of my previous conversations available with their inefficient team. I have actually suffered because of the sudden interruption in the internet connection facility and faced personal and business problems due to the disconnected services by reliance without any information. I am also disturbed because of the regular calls from their billing section even after providing all details. Now to top it all they are threatening me by sending the legal notices to pay the bill for the services which I have not used.
Now my question is, is there somebody or any law and regulation on the costumers’ side? and if you really want to fight this out you need to become an activist what is not possible for everyone, so finally there is no way-out for this. So what to hope for? A common man is always a sufferer.
