HII, here is my experience with reliance people. I contacted reliance agent in Bellandur - Bangalore on 11 june 2015. His name Venkatesh( mob. 748337xxxx) The very next day he came and collected the money and escaped without giving the receipt.
He offered the connection next day but failed to do so. Then he asked me some more days. Later I contacted their area manager Mr. Sridhar and he assured connection within three days. As it did not get I visited their MG Road office four times but in vain and nobody is responsible for anything.
In between I contacted the customer care around ten times and finally they agreed to cancel the connection and reimbursement of the amount by june 25th. Again I contacted the customer care around last week of july, they informed the cancellation had taken place on july12th.
And it will take 60 days for reimbursement.As there is no information I contacted them by end of September, but no clarification I got. So contacted the agent once again and he told the cheq. is with him. the company issued the cheque on sept.3rd, the agent did not contact me till spt.28th. And he refused to deliver it. The agent look like a moron.Further I lost DD charge of Rs. 190.
The bad side is that company will not give you any reply or receipt for your money or application. They never inform you about status of your application. Their behavior to the customer is the cheapest one. Reliance is a company without any ethics and its people gives you zero value.
